I live and work in Kitchener on the traditional territory of the Neutral (Attawandaron), Anishinaabe, and Haudenosaunee peoples, within the Haldimand Tract promised to the Six Nations of the Grand River. I recognize that I am part of systems shaped by colonial history, and that benefiting from this place carries obligations. I am committed to listening, learning, and contributing — in my work and in my community — toward justice, accountability, and reconciliation.
